Chef Esdras Ochoa is the executive chef of 11 Westside and Westside Taqueria. While he started his culinary journey in the back of a truck, his tiny eatery gained popularity for its authentic Mexican tacos. He now has 4 international restaurants under his belt. His restaurants have garnered numerous awards and he even made an appearance in Netflix’s The Final Table.
